Pet Food
We understand that you want to be sure that your pooch loves what you just ordered from Cessna Lifeline Veterinary healthcare pvt ltd. If you ordered food, we suggest our shoppers to buy pet food in smaller quantity offerings before committing to a large quantity.

Due to hygiene and contamination concerns, Cessna Lifeline Veterinary healthcare pvt ltd do not accept any opened or damaged products. If you are unhappy with your purchase and willing to try a new product, Cessna Lifeline Veterinary healthcare pvt ltd will gladly offer discount on your next purchase once discussed. We do accept returns on unopened and undamaged products. Such returns in unopened or undamaged condition qualifies for a store credit that you can use for new orders. We will not be able to refund the shipping charges.

Accessories
We will accept any unopened and undamaged pet accessories. We will honor a store credit for the price of the product but will be unable to credit or refund the shipping charges.

Cancellations by Cessna Lifeline Veterinary healthcare pvt ltd
Cessna Lifeline Veterinary healthcare pvt ltd has a right to cancel or refuse the order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Cancellations by You
In case of requests for order cancellations, Cessna Lifeline Veterinary healthcare pvt ltd reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. For you to cancel an order, there is a time period of 24 hours from the time you place the order. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount with-in 15-20 working days.

Shipping Policy
Cessna Lifeline Veterinary healthcare pvt ltd ships to most locations within India .Please note that Cessna Lifeline Veterinary healthcare pvt ltd is not responsible for any charges upon delivery due to forwarding addresses.

Occasionally, during large promotional events and holiday rush, there may be a slight delay in validating or processing your order, and additional shipping time may be required. Total delivery time includes pending credit authorization, address verification, and processing, plus the expected shipping time for your order.

In such situations, we can take up to 10 business days to ship your order.

Warranty on Accessories

We unfortunately do not offer warranty on our products. All our manufacturers are based out of USA and it would be extremely expensive to ship individual products. They are also subject to additional customs taxation and paper work to apply tax exempt (if its a replacement). For products that have manufacturing defects, please inspect and return the item immediately with in two working days. We will make exemptions and work with you to get a product replacement.
