XIMSIBO contains Rifaximin, a non-absorbable, gastrointestinal-selective antibiotic with broad-spectrum activity against both gram-negative and gram-positive, aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, through the inhibition of bacterial RNA synthesis.

Features:

• Negligible Gl absorption – Lower risk of systemic side effects compared to other antibiotics such as metronidazole.
• It is effective for the treatment of IBS-D and SIBO.

• Rifaximin IP 200 mg / 400 mg

Uses:

XIMSIBO may use in the treatment of:

• Chronic Enteropathy
• Diarrhea associated with IBS-D
• Control the growth of SIBO
• Antibiotic associated diarrhea
